Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum but just wondering what other people do in terms of eating out. I live in the Inner West in Sydney and aside from a few restauraunts I am aware of in Glebe I do not know where else to eat out.

My other dilemma is that I am the only vegetarian in my family and all my friends eat meat so it's pretty hard for me to find something to eat at the kind of restaraunts they take me to.

I know alot of cafe style restaruants offer things like veggie burgers or other things labelled "Vegetarian" but then i find that they are soaked in animal rennet cheese!
Does anyone else have this problem or know any great restaraunts that accomodate both veggies and meat eaters?

Thanks guys Smile

I also just noticed the Restaurants listed on this website, but any other suggestions are also appreciated. Wink

Hi

I love 'Loving Eden' at 123 Glebe Point Road, Glebe. It is very imaginative food and very reasonable.

When I eat at non-veg restaurants I can usually find a few interesting things. I tend to avoid cheese and eggs where possible. The trouble with most restaurants these days, however, is the amount of salt in the food which is used as a cheap form of flavouring.

You can always check the menus in the window and, if in doubt, just ask the waiter.
