The trend towards buying 'ethical' food is bringing huge changes to the food industry with British consumers eating more eggs laid by "free" chickens than battery farmed birds for the first time.

That's good news, let's hope Australia is not far behind.
Although, for me, with concern to the animals welfare and my health I only eat organic free range eggs. You'll love Coles brand has them in a 6 pack. I've begun to eat a lot more organic products, organic products taste so much better (and yep, they are more expensive, but worth it, for the sake of the animals, and no herbicides/pesticides/etc.) I also only drink organic milk now again You'll love Coles brand has organic milk in the fridge section, if there's none there I get the Paull's Parmalat, though also drink soy (the chocolate Soyplus in the fridge section at Coles is soooo yum!)
After finding out about organic whenever I can I will buy organic. _________________ We are all spiritual beings having a human experience....
