Your design could be the next cover of Oxfam’s new revamped Vegetarian Cookbook.
The cookbook features recipes from Julie Goodwin, Stephanie Alexander, Guy Grossi, Iain Hewitson, Justine Schofield and Maggie Beer. All of the original vegetarian recipes use seasonal or local produce and encourage energy efficient cooking methods.
The Oxfam Shop Vegetarian Cookbook has time and again been one of the Oxfam Shop’s best selling items since it was first published 24 years ago in 1989. Last updated in 1995, the fifth edition of the Vegetarian Cookbook is due for release in 2013, and will be a celebration of Oxfam Australia’s 60th anniversary.
