The Blue Mountains V&V Society has been established. This group was started to create a cohesive vegan and vegetarian community in The Mountains. A place where like-minded people can meet and talk and where people can get information and guidance.
We hope to have a presence at markets and fetes; to organise speakers and events; and to support all people who are interested in a meat free diet and also those who are already so.
If you are interested in being part of the Society, contact us (E: vegoutbm@gmail.com or P: 0413 660 239) and we will put you on the mailing list. All people on the list will receive the Veg Out newsletter electronically, they will be notified of events and be invited to functions. In addition, they have the opportunity to be part of the committee and steer the direction of the Society.
