WEFTS (Water, Energy, Food, Transport, Shelter) is a new not-for-profit organisation established to develop economically responsible and environmentally sustainable public policies to address Australia's water, energy, food, transport and shelter problems.
WEFTS will campaign using new technology to empower Australians to have their say on important national, state and local government issues.
It will be working with all the stakeholders to develop policies, but unlike other organisations, it will develop draft legislation to take direct to state and federal governments to get its policies implemented.
