Bluebird Brekkie Bar is a 'pop up' bar brought to you by the University of Technology Sydney Students' Association, providing free breakfast to students on Wednesdays.

It aims to provide a substantial breakfast to students based on organic, sustainable and slow-food principles.

The bar is open from 8.30am to 11.00am every Wednesday morning during term.
