Hi there,
My name is Amanda and I am new here. I am looking for advice/support for a problem I have with candida (yeast overgrowth in the body). At the moment, all my research points to a high animal protein, low carb diet. Obviously, I would starve! Just want to know if any other vegetarians out there have this problem, which can manifest in many ways, and ways to overcome it.
Thanks for your time.
Amanda.

Hi, there is an excellent article in the latest issue (spring 2008) of natural health and vegetarian life. No doubt you've received your copy and have read it!
