Available at the moment only in Australia.
After 12 months of trying to make a pasta for my friends children who had major allergies and diet restrictions we came up with this pasta.
Made from the flour of Amaranth, quinoa, tapioca and potato.
The nutritional values of both Amaranth and Quinoa flours make this pasta not only good tasting but good for you.
Best of all it cooks in less than 3 minutes.
Available in health food shops, deli's and fruit markets across Australia.
If you have tried our pasta I would love feed back good or bad. any suggestions are welcome.

I'm new to the forum but am also gluten free. I am going to try your pasta and will let you know what I think : )
Have you tried any of the Vitarium products? The reason I ask is because they make a great selection of gluten free sweets as well as the usual flours and bread mixes. Thought they might come in handy for your friend's kids : )

We have used some of the feed back to come up with a new pasta that doesn't have tapioca in it. Some of our customers find that tapioca has an acquired taste.
If any of our existing customers would like to try our new pasta we will send out free samples within Australia in exchange for feedback.
Email your address to leah@pastaathome.com.au and what you honestly thought of our current pasta and where you purchased it from.
