Turkish Salad





Name Turkish Salad Recipe No 29

Ingredients 6 x Tomatoes
6 x Cucumber
1 pinch Herbs, dried
1 x Shallots, chopped
1 pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar, raw
1 sprig Parsley, fresh
Garnish
Method Finely dice tomatoes and cucumber. Place in bowl and add the salt. Toss well. Then mix in sugar and sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
